A small-scale mushroom farm working closely with Maison de Soma.

We created a photo story documenting the producers, their process and their environment, highlighting the connection between the farm and the restaurant. The project was developed as part of a broader content approach, bringing forward local collaborations and giving visibility to the people behind the products.
